We are currently in the process of creating new Best Practice Clauses for the benefit of all our members. These resources are a collaborative effort with The Law Association of New Zealand Incorporated (formerly known as Auckland District Law Society/ADLS). The Law Association of New Zealand Incorporated has established a subcommittee of property specialist lawyers who has started the drafting work of the residential and rural clauses. We are hoping to make these clauses available in 2026.

Clauses in this Useful Clauses Booklet 2018 are drafted for use with the TLANZ (formerly ADLS)/REINZ Agreement for Sale and Purchase of Real Estate in 2013. The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) first published this booklet in 1957 under the title Bulletin on Sales Agreements and has republished several editions since.
