The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand’s (REINZ) Monthly Property Report provides a market-leading level of detail and understanding of housing activity in New Zealand.
Although June tends to be a slower month for the property market, the June 2023 figures show a significant increase in sales counts in many parts of the country, and an increase in activity for some buyers as well.
However, some buyers and sellers are continuing to wait, and there are fewer properties for sale compared to June last year.
