Annual General Meeting 2026

REINZ’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) covers a range of important topics, including the Regional Director and Independent Director election process and voting for new REINZ Life Members. This year’s AGM will be held on Friday, 27 November 2026, both online and in person at REINZ’s office in Auckland. The minutes for the 2025 AGM will be confirmed at the 2026 AGM.

Being appointed as a REINZ Life Member is a considerable achievement. One Life Member, Mark Sumich, was voted in at the 2025 AGM.

Regional Directors

Following the resignation of Gus Johnston from the Regional Director position for Region 5 (Otago, Southland and Central Lakes) earlier this year, nominations were called to fill the role for the remainder of the current term, ending 27 November this year. Nominations have now closed.
