Career and Study Pathways

As a licensed real estate salesperson, you can work with agencies across the country, helping clients buy and sell property.

After gaining your Level 4 Certificate in Real Estate, you can choose to pursue further qualifications, such as the Branch Manager qualification (New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate Level 5) and the Agent qualification (New Zealand Certificate in Real Estate Level 6).

After you gain your Level 4 Certificate and real estate licence, you’ll also need to complete 20 hours of continued professional development (CPD) each year to keep your licence.
