Partner Richard Hargreaves has defended legal claims for real estate professionals for over a decade and is well-known in the industry as a specialist in real estate matters. He has acted in many significant hearings before the Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal (READT) and takes a keen interest in helping agencies maintain compliance. Richard studied law at Oxford University and trained as a barrister in Manchester before moving to New Zealand and joining Wynn Williams in 2012.
