REINZ follows a disciplinary process when members contravene the REINZ Code or Rules.
REINZ regularly checks the Real Estate Authority (REA) and Real Estate Agents Disciplinary Tribunal decisions and takes findings of misconduct and unsatisfactory conduct very seriously.
