Starting out as a farmer in North Canterbury, Judd then moved south to Balclutha in 1989 to farm sheep and beef, but decided he liked people a lot more than stock. Since 1995 he has worked as a salesperson with Combined Rural Traders, Harveys Cooper and Co, and Harcourts, before opening his own business, Living Corporation, which performed very well in the Dunedin market.
In 2022, Living Corporation was sold to Property Brokers, where Judd still operates as a sales consultant. Sharing information about the industry and the real estate market are among Judd’s favourite pastimes.
