Hello and welcome to your 2024 training with REINZ!
This year, you will be able to complete your 10 hours of verifiable CPD training with REINZ, covering two mandatory topics:
- Dealing with customers and clients fairly.
- Managing your Licence and Regulatory obligations
You can choose to complete your training either face-to-face or online. To find face-to-face training sessions, click on the 'In Person' tab. For online training, navigate to the "Online Learning" section.
Our face-to-face verifiable training covers the following topics:
- Dealing with customers and clients fairly (mandatory)
- Managing your licence and regulatory obligations (mandatory)
- Natural disasters and weather events: disclosure, risks and issues
- Social Media & Digital Communications: avoiding harm, common risks and issues
- Supervision - process, planning and practice
- Physical Property Inspections
- Land Information Memoranda (LIMs)
- Sale and purchase agreements: common issues and best practice - 11th Edition (Updated)
It's important to note that for our online verifiable training, we are offering packages that include multiple topics for this year. This includes the mandatory topics and 8 hours of elective topics. If you prefer a bundled approach, you can purchase the online verifiable package with all the required topics. Alternatively, we also offer individual verifiable topics for purchase outside of the bundled package.
