• Use of digital technology in real estate transactions (mandatory) (1 verifiable hour)
• Code of Conduct (1 verifiable hour)
• Other Laws (1.5 verifiable hours)
• Understanding Unit titles and Cross leases (1.5 verifiable hours)

Day 2:

• GST (1.5 verifiable hours)
• Marketing (1.5 verifiable hours)
• Managing Complaints (1 verifiable hour)
• Health and safety: Implications for Real Estate Agency work (1 verifiable hour)

Changes to verifiable training in 2026

Welcome back!

Before you begin any of your training for the year we wanted to let you know that verifiable training might look a bit different for 2026.

This year, you will be able to complete all 10 hours of verifiable training with REINZ covering the new mandatory topic of 'Use of digital technology in real estate transactions' along with 7 elective topics above. The elective topic selection this year features 2 new topics 'Understanding unit titles and cross leases' and 'Health and safety: Implications for Real Estate Agency work', as well as 3 updated topics 'Code of Conduct', 'GST' and ' Other Laws'.
