The REINZ Introduction to Real Estate has been built to help with all these scenarios. It is aimed at all new starters to the real estate industry, including Rural, Property Management, Residential Sales, Business Broking, Commercial, Industrial and Lifestyle.
The course is split up in three modules:
- About the real estate industry
- The real estate cycle and your role
- Real estate marketing and communications.
Note: This is general entry awareness training, ‘REINZ Introduction to Real Estate’ is not qualification based or a requirement for licensing.
