Presenter

Mandy Welch

Mandy is passionate about three things, training, property management and dogs (oops, maybe four, I forgot my family).

Mandy started in the PM Industry over 30 years ago, she has done it all from admin, PM and owner. She then moved into the training space and discovered holes in people's software knowledge and that became her passion. Mandy joined Realbase (Palace) full-time in 2008 and bought into the company in 2011. They sold the company in 2021 to MRI Software. Mandy has just left MRI Software and gone back out into her own company Eknows to go back to her passion of Training. Eknows will do software training for MRI but will also do other training workshops as well. During this time, Mandy with her husband started a dog daycare business, dog grooming and boarding. She is the "dog lady" and is often covered by and followed by a pack of dogs.

They have just started a new software company called 'Jungle Chief' which will do for the animal Industry what Palace did for property management. Mandy is really looking forward to 2023 to get back out there, especially to help property managers learn new skills and gain new qualifications which can be daunting if you have not studied for a while, Mandy's empathy and fun way of teaching will help you get through it easily.
