REINZ has launched an interactive benchmarking dashboard that enables real estate businesses to track their residential sales performance against the wider market*.
Through a visual and interactive analysis dashboard supported by trusted REINZ data, users can quickly spot performance trends, see the cause and effects, and confidently answer the question, ‘Is my business performing well?’.
Businesses can gain a breadth of insights from overall brand performance to specific office performance, market share by territorial authority, sales count, and median price.
We’re taking a phased approach as we roll this product out to REINZ members — piloting with brand leaders and franchise owners first, before making it more widely available.
