Malcolm is the existing Region 3 board member standing for re-election. He has been in the real estate industry for over 34 years in the residential, commercial, business brokering and auctioneering sectors. These have been as a business owner, manager, and salesperson. He is currently a licensee salesperson at Ray White Kilbirnie (Wellington) and owns a real estate CPD and compliance training company, Agents TV Limited.
The experience and governance practices he has gained, during his term on the REINZ board, combined with his industry experience and depth of knowledge, provide you as an eligible voter, a candidate that will add value to the REINZ board.

Blair, a 16-year real estate veteran in Wairarapa and Tararua, co-founded NZR Real Estate in 2014 after working at Bayleys and Property Brokers. With prior experience as a senior rural banker and registered valuer, Blair's meticulous approach raised rural real estate standards, achieving a dominant local market share with over $635m in sales. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Valuation and Property Management and has extensive community governance involvement. Blair aims to bolster the REINZ's role in advancing the real estate industry, offering valuable firsthand knowledge to the board.

Gus initially worked in farming and agriculture before starting his real estate career in 1988. He gained his ARIENZ during his first four years in the industry. He was president of the Southland Branch of the Real Estate Institute and a Co-Founder of Southland Real Estate, where he worked for 29 years. He still works at the company, which now trades as Bayleys SRE, on a semi-retired basis. His goal is to give back to the industry that he has been a part of for decades.

Liz is a Director of the Real Estate Authority. She started her real estate journey in 1988 and realised she was destined to be part of the industry. Liz has been involved with REINZ for many years, having been a REINZ Board member for six years and the REINZ Otago Branch president. She is a strong advocate for education, ethics, and training of licensees and is the spokesperson for the Otago area.
